A favorite for Beach lovers Casa Septiembre is located on the best white sandy beach in Conchas Chinas just 2 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta.  The private villa has a colorful bohemian decor with a casual relaxed air, the pool area is very private surrounded by lush tropical gardens, yet just steps away.  The well-trained staff will serve drinks and snacks by the pool, 2 meals a day plus and concierge services from a spa services at the villa to a day sailing around the bay or a guitarist to serenade you while you have dinner and watch the sunset. Formerly owned by a famous Hollywood filmmaker, Septiembre is one of our favorite beach houses. The ambience is exotic. Lush gardens create a private enclave, yet white sand beaches are just steps below the pool. The unique decor fuses resort architecture with Old World details: Turkish rugs, religious artifacts, period pieces and imported furnishings give the villa a sophisticated European look. The experienced staff is a plus, A charming waiter serves drinks pool side all afternoon.  In house spa treatments and private yoga classes available at your request – or perhaps mariachi and fireworks instead? This is the part of the villa experience that makes Septiembre so wonderful. Cook prepares 2 meals per day + cost of food and drinks Monday through Saturday.
