Villa Gardenia, St. Thomas

Perched on a hill, Villa Gardenia offers old charm with the best of modern life. This villa has a 6′ wall surrounding it assuring your privacy but does not obstruct your ocean views. The location is a short drive to famous Magens Bay Beach or to Red Hook the East End of St. Thomas where there are a variety of shops, grocery stores and restaurants.  The entry into the villa is through a gate into a landscaped garden with a Koi pond. Inside the villa are three bedrooms, with three en-suite baths, all rooms have air conditioning also. The kitchen will please a cook from simple to gourmet. It has a breakfast bar, 5-burner gas cook top, 2 ovens and an array of utensils.

The living room has air conditioning, media center and to the side a large dining table for eating meals inside. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a washer & dryer as well as a wine cooler.

Outside the villa there is a gas grill and dining table for 8, the perfect place for al fresco meals. Just below the covered patio is the private pool and built in Jacuzzi with ocean views in the distance.

The 3 bedrooms, offer 1 queen bed, a sofa bed and two king beds two with marble en-suite baths. The master bedroom has a cedar lined walk in closet. Two bedrooms open to the covered terrace and the master suite to the living room.
