- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Windjammer Villa Rentals LLC (“Windjammer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including our website and SMS communication services, you (“you” or “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
- Services Provided
Windjammer offers vacation rental services for villas at various destinations. Our services include booking support, rental property management, and optional concierge services. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Booking & Payment Policy
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due according to the schedule provided at booking.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and bank transfers.
Prices are subject to change prior to confirmation. Taxes, fees, and optional add-ons may apply.
- Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to windjamm@att.net.
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy outlined in your rental agreement.
Early departures, no-shows, and unused services are non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
- Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
Follow all property rules and maintain the rental in good condition.
Be financially responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items.
Adhere to the maximum occupancy limit and respect neighbors and the property.
- SMS Communication Program
Program Name: Windjammer Alerts
Program Description: By opting in to Windjammer Alerts, you agree to receive SMS messages related to booking confirmations, payment reminders, concierge services, promotional offers, and travel updates.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to 904-906-8331. After texting “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation SMS. You will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.
Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, simply sign up again through our website or customer service, and we will resume sending you SMS messages.
